ive had a 4.3 ghz OC on my 3770k for a few months now but now and again i see people telling others to stay away from this mobo because of the vrm. is it ok to keep my not so high OC or am i killing my components faster than i should be(should i reduce it)

As bad as Z77 board can get. Should be ok for 4.3 since there is no massive increase for voltage or power consumption, but I don't know about long term risks.

It has 4 phase VRM with D-PAK mosfets. You find this combo on pretty much the worst Z77 boards.
