ive had a 4.3 ghz OC on my 3770k for a few months now but now and again i see people telling others to stay away from this mobo because of the vrm. is it ok to keep my not so high OC or am i killing my components faster than i should be(should i reduce it)

Nowhere near the greatest regarding overall design quality but it's a decent mobo for moderate OCing. Read the site reviews below...You'll might be surprise about that little G45

As bad as Z77 board can get. Should be ok for 4.3 since there is no massive increase for voltage or power consumption, but I don't know about long term risks.

It has 4 phase VRM with D-PAK mosfets. You find this combo on pretty much the worst Z77 boards.
