how do i calibrate a joystick on my new OS?

open up the 'devices and printers' menu (in control panel, I believe)

there, right click your joystick and select properties.

that should do it although I can't say that is exactly it as I don't have a joystick on my netbook and my main pc is out of commission.

In Win 7 just type in the search field "set up USB game controllers" (you wont even have to type it all before you will see the program) when the frame comes up select "advanced" and you will see the calibration program.

Edit: make that "properties" not "advanced" sorry.

It's simple man. Open Control Panel\\Hardware and Sound\\Devices and Printers

Find the Logitech, right click and select "Game Controller Settings".

In the window that opens make sure Logitech Extreme 3D is highlited and click on the Properties button.

In the window that opens click on the Settings tab up top and there will be a button that says Calibrate.

That is just a test page, there is no calibration option.

I use the pgm clrcalib64.exe and it works fine
if not using 64bit then try clrcalib.exe

also under the calibration screen in windows do a ctrl - shift (hold at same time) then press properties you will get a new screen
