Sounds like the mobo is controlling the fan speed. no clue what they call it on Intel boards. If this is not the case, then you have a faulty fan. dose it make weird sounds when it slow's down?
How do I control my fan speed?
I have installed a cooler master 120mm fan. when i turn on my computer it blasts air, but then it runs slowly for a lack of a better word. is there a program i can use to control my fan speed? if so, whats the best one, thanks
