I've done a search and I couldn't find anything specific to the card. Can someone point me in the right direction for flashing a dual pcb Evga gtx 295? Also is it possible to flash a card with no video output? I want to make sure it's not a bios issue before I deem the card completely dead.

Its replacing the standard bios on your GPU with some that are of higher spec so instead of having,
Core @ 575 you can have 625
Mem @ 1975 you can have 2100
shader @ 1242 you can have 1400

Instead of using windows tools to overclock your Gpu you replace the standard Bios with some that have a higher clock rates

If you plan to flash a card always backup the original bios prior to a flash.
