Start by using the reset jumper and clear the cmos first.
get every card out of the motherboard... check that the memory sticks are in the right place..
If you still get nothing.. your PSU could be dead.. try with another one first..
If nothing happens then... your mobo could be damaged.
Like above, take as much stuff out of your comp as you can, Hardrive, Cd-Drives, every card excpet the graphics card (test the card as a last resort by taking it out and see if you get a beep or you hear the windows start-up sound). then if you boot like that, put everything back in 1 by 1 intil you dont boot, then you've founf the problem
I had this problem when I first built my computer, the only thing that I can think of is take apart everything then rebuild. That was the only thing that helped me...

So i took it apart and together and the computer works fine now. Thanks agian
