Hi a newbie here that is looking to upgrade moboand cpu. I have a AGP 9550 radeon. This mobo httphttp://http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=1827084&CatId=1569 is the one I'm looking at for amd 4000+ I have pc 3200 ram. Will it fit in this MOBO? There ain't toomany that fit this agp thingy but my major upgrade will be next year.

If that mobo works like it's s462 cousin then it's a decent board....I got one from the egg a few months back for a customers replacement to an older asus board and the guy loves it with no issues so far...

It says 4000+ supported, and their BIOS section indicates X2 have been supported since 2005 series BIOS revisions.

Ok but my ram is PC 3200 200 mhz will it be compatible with this MOBO? And if so how did you find out..TY

Yes that CPU and RAM will work fine with that motherboard....I know this as the 939 Series only Accept DDR1 series of RAM..Also common knowledge.

Well i just ordered the MOBO and AMD 4000+ with thermal compound from Tiger.Ca $225.00 which includes ,taxes ,shipping and $50.00 rebate on the CPU..Hope it will run right..lol
