FIRST: open the console and type in cl_bob = 0, or go into the game options menu and turn the slider for "Weapon Inertia" all the way down.
The following lets you bind suit modes to keys/buttons so you don't have to use the mouse wheel. It makes the suit more accessible and lets your perform advanced tricks.

there are 4 difficultly so you will have to copy this into each file.
Also... I think Crysis' FOV (60) is way too low, and should be set to cl_fov 80 at least.
Throw in -devmode on the exe, press F1 in game and you get this
