you need k processors to be able to overclock using the multiplier which is where you get the largest gains. you could probably increase the bclk a little bit but that wouldn't make much of a difference. as for whether or not you would be able to tell a difference if you were able to OC, yes. You would see a pretty significant increase in average fps with a dramatic increase in minimum fps (in high intensity scenes usually). you can get a lot more performance out of a processor after overclocking and it is a noticeable improvement in both games and day to day tasks.
