Well... Not necessarily, every time FSB is raised it has SOME effect on the memory. That's why ratio's are there so you can decide which portion of the FSB you want put towards the memory and CPU.
RaZzY, what motherboard do you have, are you sure you can overclock it and do you know what type of memory you have?
