Hello,

I have NOD32 installed and it blocked my Outlook because there was one virus-ridden email that kept popping up. It's connected with external email (similar to Gmail), and when I log in there, the emails are not there, which means they only appear in my Outlook application.

I know this is a virus, but how does it work? Is it on my computer or my network? What can I do to remove it, since NOD32 only detects the emails, but the emails still keep coming from somewhere and only to my Outlook client.

Is your outlook client trying to send the bad emails, possibly? If so... you need to check out your pc. Make sure... common issue is an infected PC.

No antivirus will stop everything, especially if you ever bypass the AV.

Go into control panel / mail... and disable the outlook account to make sure that outlook is not doing offline send / receives on that webmail. Then If the mails are not showing up in the webmail via browser... something else may be wrong. Since you don't name the email service.. can't tell you much else. But I would contact their tech support.

It would also help if you would list what virus Nod32 is finding....
