I want to watch an RTS game on one screen, while it plays. Then I wouild like to be able to use the other screen for internet.

Now i can get 1 monitor to run the game, but i cannot get my mouse off of that screen and onto other. The only way it would seem is to minimise the game and then use other screen. Can i not do both at same time?

There is a mousejail program u can use. Let me look for it.

But I can do this without mousejail as long as I launch the TV tuner first, then the game and don't alt tab at all.

Plus, your program may even support running it borderless. I run TF2 in windowed mode with no border using the -noborder launch command.
