How do I set up my Hard drives to run in UDMA 6/ATA 133?

Your Current RATE is UDMA as it says this in your screenshots. However to make sure go into your BIOS and from there you can set UDMA for your HDD'S and Optical drives.

First of all, are you sure that your HDD supports ATA133? I remember that back in the days Maxtor introduced ATA133 WD refused to implement this interface because they said it's pointless. First of all I would go to the WD website and see if it supports ATA133.

If you'd post the HDD models we could search for an answer.

So what are my drives set at, at defalt? ATA 100? I am a noob at this so don't laugh

. So if I set my hdd's at ATA 133 how much of a read and write speed will I gain? Also, I haven't seen this option in my BIOS, mabye I just need to look harder.
