You can't unlock higher multi's only lower ones. 2.5 is about the limit for 3200's. Have you increased the Vcore, and are you sure it's you cpu holding you back and not your ram? Have you run memtest86 at your current ram settings?
Read some overclocking guides to learn how to test each components individual overclock. This is the real way to overclock, but takes much more time. You wont get much more of a clock unless you want to give it more voltage, but then you probably wont get but 100mhz more.
Just dont put over 1.6v into your cpu.
