How does gamefly handle lost games?

so long story short, i rented devil may cry 4 and fear 2 from gamefly. i played them for about 2 weeks and stuck them back in the mailbox to get mailed back. its been about 3 weeks and they still havent updated my gameq saying they got them. i did the report a shipping error thing and they said they will look into it. so my question is whats the long term story here, will i ultimately be held responsible and have to pay for the games?

no, most likely the shipping company will just as if you had bought stuff of newegg and there was a shipping error, the mail company has to pay.
