Does anyone have personal experience? I'm seriously considering getting a PMP-400 instead of a MCP35x just because of Swiftech's warranty terms. I want to know if Koolance legitimately has my back for 1 year from purchase date.

Ive never had to you the RA service but from what ive heard its good.

Yes if you want good pump and ability to switch top i would highly recommend KL ,just got this combo the other day. I don't know what it is.. top or the pump but this conf. is death silent, even @12v,D5 at speed 3 is louder, i have D5 after res and DDC (PMP400) before, the max i get is 5 LPM,btw i have the pump on its side

i have few other parts from KL and the support is excellent
