My E6420 @ 3Ghz Finally !! Running Stable !

mobo - 38*C
CPU - about 30*C

What a feeling !


Going further when i get some better cooling though

What program are you using to monitor temps? I'd say that temp is not right. Especially for stock cooling...

Edit

Is the 30c load temps or idle?

That is a nice oc on stock cooling. Temp seems likely if low vcore was needed, maybe 5+- off., That is an idling temp right??

its 30*C at idle and it still is after about 40 mins , speedfan says its 22*C tho

not to mention these are the same coolers for the Pent. D's and for the most part they are much better than AMD stock hsf, thats from my experience and IMO atleast. But for the most part, yes stock coolers suck.

Whats it's Tcase reading in speedfan??,, Whats TAT?? TAT imo reads idle a little high at idle.

Tcase would be what you have as CPU, and yea, it's way off for you,, coretemp like The Pope suggested or TAT.

not bad at all with stock cooling, now ya just need to get a decent hsf.
