I have a prebiult hp pentium 4 northwood 800fsb cpu. I only have 512 ram, so that might be a problem. I just want to see how high you guys think i could could with a new mobo, lets say the asus p5wd2. Heres a screen of everything.

With an ASUS P4P800-SE motherboard there is a good chance you can get to 3.2 - 3.5GHz. I have never seen anyone make less than 3.0GHz and with the concurrent raise of the fsb the 3.0GHz at 230fsb X 13 is greater than a 3.0GHz at 200fsb (stock 3.0). So you can imagine a 275MHz X 13 = ~3.5GHz which is possible.
