I am curious to see how hot your GPU's get while playing Crysis 3 and wanted to start this poll.

GTX 580 SLI @ 800Mhz sandwiched together on air...


I do a few benchmark runs such as 3dMark 11/13, and can loop the Unigine Heaven 4.0 benchmark for hours and my GPU temps will not go above 82C. But when I started playing Crysis 3 for a couple hours, I am seeing 85-86C temps...

I set my fan curve up a tad to avoid breaking 70C.

Yeah I also had my fan curve set. Also had to re-adjust after this game... I even opened my windows to lower the ambient temperature (still winter ~45-50F outside) and it went from 86 to 83C lol...

My 670 runs it at around 72C. It was at 98C but it turned out that my CPU heatsink was REALLY loose. Once I resecured the pins my temps dropped back down.

83c for me on my 6970, it's pegged at 100% usage with about 1400mb vram usage.
