How is this ITX HTPC build.

Its nice, costs a little much for what you are getting.

But thats a trade in for size.

The only thing I can say is I don't know a whole lot about hat TV card. But good brand/series. So you should be fine their, I just haven't done my homework.

I would suggest instead of the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600, I would get the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250. It has 2 inputs one is for FM and the other is a dual Hybrid tuner which splits the signal into 2 and lets you record 2 different analog or digital show. This feature doesnt work if your using a cable box.
