How is this PSU?

My Ultra X-Finity 600w PSU's fans quit spinning so I setup an RMA for it. The guy on the phone said that they don't have that model anymore and I'd be getting one of these instead. Its 50w more but that doesn't mean anything as far as I'm concerned, I wanna know how reliable it is. The X-finity was only about a year old and both fans in it quit on me and it overheated and possibly killed an 8800gt. I'm hopin this new one they're sendin me does a little better.

i like the amperage rating, its not great, but its way better than most. it doesnt have LED lights and flashy crap. those thigns just scream "CHEAP" at me, so the fact it doesnt have that crap is a good thing imho.

Cool, thats good at least. I went with the express RMA and they charged me $85.78
I just paid my last credit card bill though so hopefully that charge will be removed before I get my next statement. Fingers crossed.

It is a ok psu and better than what you have. Wish they can allow you pick another one. 8800GT is a 105w GPU and Quad at 3.2G, all you needed is a solid psu that can do 400w on 12v.
It's a decent power supply, not one of the best but you shouldn't have any problems. I like the single 12v rail as well.
