About 10 minutes to let the card heat up good....longer the better as with most stress tests.

artifacts usually develop fairly early so it depends on how thourough you want to be. i usually go for about 2-3 mins to check max overclock and about 10-30 mins to test stability. or you can always play some f.e.a.r.

It's not TO hot....the card thresholds at 115c so there is no worries. It does seem a bit warm tho...mine loads at about 65 overclocked to 521/1.39 with room temps of 70-75f.

All I did was added AS5 to the cards. Stock heatsink/fans. I'm going to be modding the side panel for a fan or 2 to get better temps on the sli setup...the top card gets a bit warmer than the bottom one does.

Ya, try to get as much air blowing on the video card as you can. The more fans the better!
