I would say not too much, but maybe around 2.8GHz. Better to get an aftermarket air cooler if you want to do any serious overclocking.
really 2,8 ghz?, that will be fine....

but how must i do that (how much must i change CPU Clock) ?
Your chip has a 7 max multiplier, so I would say 7 x 400 (FSB)

Edit: Anyway, watch your temps (idle & load) and it's always good to have a good aftermarket CPU Cooling HSF.

Hope it helps!!

Cheers mate!

By doing lots of searching and reading here on OCN. Don't just dive right in without having a basic understanding of what is going on or you will end up with a fried system.

Read some of these threads:

and

and MOST IMPORTANTLY this one:

I've just read a previous post of yours,
IMO you have to use a HSF, I had a Q8200 at 3.01GHz on a crappy $25dlls HSF. 77°C max LOAD while on PRIME tests

hey i overclocked to 2,4ghz by keep upping 1 mhz on the cpu clock and restart in boot, which means im safe with 2,4ghz and shows normal temps...

can i go higher then?

Yeap, baby steps mate!! Rise a little bit, watch your temps, stability tests!!

I also recomend what stanglx302 says to you, read a bit before OC, you don't wanna fry your chip.

Just make sure to keep those temps in check.
