I really want to upgrade, and am hoping to get at least a good head start by selling this system. so I at least start planing an I7 system with room to upgrade the GPU later.

Edit : now running win7 home premium 64-bit.

Are you challenged? This is the room / office section. Not even anything to do with hardware.
Get rep. Then appraise. Then sell.
