I'm trying to reduce watt usage, will using a:

* 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2800 CL16 @ 1.2v

use a good amount less wattage than

* 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200 CL16 @ 1.35v?

Also I am using intel HD 630 integrated graphics, not a dedicated graphics card. So will the intel HD 630 benefit that much more from the DDR4 3200 - CL16 over the DDR4 2800 - CL16?

DDR4 sticks even highly overclocked onces will use at most 2-4W max at a stick.
Very very little power.
Thanks for your fast reply and input!

Would you know anything about the second half of my inquiry? If intel HD 630 would greatly benefit from the 3200 vs 2800 or not that much?
