How often are you supposed to run trim?

Trim runs all the time, every time you delete a file or format the trim command is sent as long as your running win7 and trim is enabled. Intel recommends running their SSD optimizer on a daily basis whether you have trim or not (only on G2), although TBH I ran vista for a couple of months without it and never detected any slowdown. It would depend how hard you use the drive I guess.
