Can I clean it with alcohol? Those morons @ EK don't even supply adequate info on how to clean your block. They only say "don't use vinegar". Right,,,

I would take their advice if they're the manufacturer. I've heard lemon juice is a great cleaning fluid for water blocks.

I actually sent them a support ticket like half an hour ago and they got back to me real fast saying I should try car polish. So, I tried some "Turtle" car polish and it worked, it took some black dirt out. I then used some alcohol to brush off the paste residue from the tiny little channels.
