Good Morning.
I managed to stabilize my 4 memory modules at 3200Mhz and I intend to keep the frequency that I am now. the only help i need to understand now is how to tighten the timing compensating for voltage?
I'm focused only on the primary teams at first ...

Today I'm on timings 18-21-21-21-39-74
SOC Voltage - 1.0250
DRAM voltage - 1,400
VDDG CCD - 0.900
VDDG IOD - 0.900
VDDP Voltage - 0.900

What timing should I start lowering? and what should I increase in voltage to compensate for the tightening of the timing I changed?

motherboard - B450 Aorus Pro
Processor - Ryzen 5 3600
Power supply - Corsair 600W reais

For a start use Thaiphoon burner and load your RAM spec into Ryzen DRAM calc and see how the timings it suggests work for you.
Let us know how that runs what chips Thaiphoon burner says you have on your RAM and I am sure somebody can help you fine tune it further if you wish.

Just remove two sticks, unless you really need 32 gigs of RAM. Else you ramp up SOC Voltage to a range of 1.15-1.20V, you shouldn't need to change VDDG. See buildzoid videos on overclocking too, his channel on YouTube is Actually Hardcore Overclocking.
