Hey guys, been going through the closet and have decided I have too much junk I don't need anymore or use enough to hang onto. At the rate I have gotten rep and actually post on here I will beable to sell on OCN shortly before I die.... So what's the best way to get rid of surplus gaming stuff? I don't wanna trash it and I would rather offer it to the community or other people who may have a genuine interest in my junk before I goodwill/trash it.

Some of the things are pretty niche items and some I would like to get a few bucks out of somethings, others free... I plan to not ask for much, mostly to just cover shipping.

Some of the items I have I want to get rid of:

-old AMD cpu
-Excellent condition Dreamcast Wheel and pedals
-Various old 8 bit Sega and Nintendo controllers and arcade sticks
-Random Xbox peripherals
-SNES Superscope reciever
-Xbox & Gamecube games
-Old PC games
-Logitech X540 speaker set
-Various old cables and cat5 etc....

Any ideas? Craigslist? Ebay is a hassle....

You can A. Offer it up in the freebies section if it is something you want to give away, B. Sell it on craigslist / ebay C. Start posting more, work with the community, you'll get enough rep before you know it, you just have to participate

Agreed. One way to do it is to write a review, or write a how-to for something that you are particularly knowledgeable about. You'll be racking up rep in no time... That's how I plan to do it
