hi, I failed to install koolance HTS-PMP400 on a swiftech mcp35x. I cannot open the DDC (not the top, but the DDC itself). i have unscrewed the 4 screws at the bottom of mcp35x, and the top was able to be taken away. but how about the case/cover? I didn't find any other screws.

Since you have the screws and top removed, just gently push on the middle of the back of the pump, it should pop right out of the housing...
