i just received my serial number for multiplayer and when i click join game, there aren't any servers for me to join. why is this?

Is the NAT type showing up as strict?

You should find this in the lower left hand corner when you start multiplayer.

This, or maybe you accidentally enabled filters? Or you are in the Favorites Browser instead of the Internet one?

Also don't use the Quick Match function. In my experience it is quite glitchey, and have only found a small number of matches with it.
