  • Unscrew all the screws on the back of the panel so that the mesh and the metal plates all come off.
  • Remove the mesh from the metal plates.
  • Fasten the plates back on, make sure you put the top and bottom one back on the right way round (there is a right / wrong way to do it).
  • Grab a sheet of acrylic, 2mm or 3mm will be fine.
  • Sit it on the back of the panel and mark out the window size onto the acrylic.
  • Cut the acrylic piece to size and sit it back on the panel
  • Put a dot on the acrylic where each of those little pins that stick up are
  • Run a drill through the points where the small plastic pins are (5mm will probs do it).
  • Fasten acrylic down to the panel with double sided tape or similar

i dont have any tools....got a skrew driver here...thats about it......

soo bassically I remove the mesh , get a piece of arcylic . cut it to size , and then stick it in place with double sided tape...kewl got that.....

where exacly would i find the arcylic...hardware store?

tapplastics.com is a good site.
also, for an added coolness look get some c-channel from mnpctech.com or mcmaster-carr.com if you prefer a different size, and rim the opening with it. just a suggestion. just make sure its not to thick on the sides (if you get a different one than mnpc stocks) or the window wont flush well with the tape. the one they stock at mnpc tech should be perfect.
