1)can someone please tell me how i can oc this vid card?

BFG NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT OC+ 512MB PCIe 2.0

im having this issue: when i play 1080p rips ie. 8gb .mkv file, on DUAL monitors, the 2nd monitor gets 'jagged' lines accross the screen sometimes.very annoying..the 1st primary display monitor has perfect picture tho
