I am running Windows 10 Pro. My hardware include an ASUS Maximus XI Hero (Hi-Fi) motherboard, with the latest BIOS version, with an Intel i9-9900K CPU.

Is there an app/utility which, when run from Windows, exports all BIOS/UEFI settings/parameters AND their values to browse from the PC's desktop?

I don't know of any desktop app that outputs UEFI BIOS settings, however you can export all BIOS settings as a text file within the BIOS. Make sure you have a USB thumb drive formatted as FAT32 plugged in a USB port. Press DEL when system is booting to bring up BIOS settings. Go to "Tools", and then "User Profile" and then "Load/Save Profile from/to USB Drive". Follow the directions at the bottom of the screen to save BIOS settings as a text file. If memory serves me, I think you press ALT and F2 or similar to save the BIOS settings as a text file. Don't choose CMO for that creates an unreadable file, it's only used to save/backup BIOS settings to USB drive to load by the BIOS itself. Where as saving as a text file you can read all the BIOS parameters in notepad e.g. I hope this helps.

It's human readable text output from the setup module, it gives certain variables for each setting and info used to edit BIOS etc.
But, for you, it will be valuable so you can see each setting in the BIOS (hidden and visible), and the settings default applied value (usually, sometimes this differs, stored in other location)
Here you go, from BIOS 1704 (This is for Asus ROG-MAXIMUS-XI-HERO-WIFI << Do not see Hi-Fi model :p)

Thanks. Would be even better if I could run an app/utility from Windows 10 Pro and see what the current settings are... ;)

I know this is an older thread but I’ve been asking and have yet to get the answer. Is this an ASUS specific option or can a bios text file be saved for MSI or other board makers?
