4GB RAM
GEFORCE 9600GT 1GB DDR3 256 BIT
STOCK COOLING
What settings should i apply for best overclocking, i'm new to this.

Default settings using rivatuner: core clock 720, shader 1800 and memory 900.

Nvidia nTune is the best software for Nvidia overclocking. To overclock simply uncheck factory frequencies in the program. It comes with it's own stability benchmarking tool. Here is a link: http://www.nvidia.com/object/ntune_5.05.25.00.html
Also, this is a official Nvidia Overclocking driver, so no need to check for any compatibility issues
