How to rotate video clips

I'm building a website for my boss with website tonight through go daddy and i'm trying to add video to the website. I have a couple of problems with this, first the video i took needs to be rotated, i took it vertically due to the images i was trying to capture. Also each video can't be more than 30mb and my smallest is 33mb, ones 66 and the other is 200.

I was going to use windows movie maker but i doesn't have the tools i need to rotate or crop the video, i tried using its help function but it wasn't helpful at all.

Do i need a new program or can i do what i'm asking for through WMM, if another program is needed a link to that program would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

I stand by VirtualDub. Very powerful and free.
Movie Maker will rotate your video. Once you drag and drop it to the storyboard, right click it and go to effects. Scroll down a bit, and it will be there. Then just save it as a file type that will compress it some, without reducing quality much, and there you have it!
^sweet, now is there anyway i can cut some parts out of a clip. Let say my clip is 1 minute and i want to cut parts out to about 40 seconds or what not.

If you switch it to Timeline mode instead of Storyboard mode, you should be able to select which parts you want to trim or cut down. You just have to play around with it. Trial and error is still the best way for me to learn.
