Your Air Cooling in general seems fine other than that GPU temp which I am assuming is a fan and Xfire placement issue like I had with my 4870 Xfire. Can't say for sure if those temps for that CPU are good, you would have to check the CPU section to see what others with that chip think.
Oh and you will want to check full load temps with Prime 95. Gaming doesn't actually stress your CPU enough for it to go 100%.
I would seriously worry if my core were getting to 100+°C. Have you tried pulling off the heatsink and replacing the stock TIM? I wouldn't game at that temp again if I were you.

I'm going to RMA the card hopefully.
Oops, I forgot to say I also ran Prime95 for about 10 minutes as well and then let it sit for about a minute before taking the screenshot.
Just a side note, everything gets a good 5 °C warmer in the summer.

Yeah, I am worried, that's why I'm RMA'ing the card. I already removed it from my system a few days ago. I didn't try to replace the TIM.
Oh, and my 4830 has dropped by 10 °C now that my 4850 has been removed.

Again this sounds like a fan and Xfire placement issue. My cards were basically sandwiched together so the one on top was not getting good air flow. You can partially fix this by placing the cooler card on top and rivatuning the cards fan so that it runs a little higher. Some brands (XFX) I have had a problem with the fan not running as fast as it should considering temps so its almost a requirement to use Rivatuner. All else fails though go ahead and RMA.

I think both cards were getting enough air flow, with a 250mm fan right next to them.

When I switched the cards placement I could tell a significant difference in temps from the one that was sucking air in a 3mm gap place. However if you have the fans at max setting and still seeing 109c then yes certainly RMA it.
You do know that your 4850 1GB is still running at 4830 512mb speeds in Xfire correct? Or are you not even running them in Xfire?
Seems normal on your CPU but the max load could be slightly lower...your vid card is messed, download Riva and blast it to max 100% fan speed and keep lowering until you find a good balance of loudness with how cool it's running
