Will this cool my athlon 4400 down?<br><br>

It will cool it down but its not the best cpu cooler <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/tongue.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Stick Out Tongue">

Seems small (80mm fan). Are you constricted by case size? Maybe consider the same style, but in a 120mm size. 120mm fans are far more efficient in CFM and dBa than 80's. Don't know what your budget is, but the Scythe's are good. The Zalman is also decent.

Iv already brought this one. It was the best in the shop so I had this one, I thought that I could upgrade the 80mm fan and put a better one on and this will make it better. Im not restricted in space

If space permits get a 80mm to 120mm adapter and achieve some great cooling that way.<br><br>

post a screen shot of speedfan. What I always recommend you do is write the temps down and reference them in the bios.<br />
