No, you can not run your DDR2 in a DDR3 motherboard.

Unless you plan on doing some major oc'ing that ram should be fine.

Those Patriots are OK, good price.
Any of these will do too, some cheaper, some a little more expensive. Try to get 7-7-7-20 sticks.
