HP Mini 311 BRICKED? No Video. Need HELP asap!

Hi, i just got my mini 311 netbook and about an hour ago i was playing around in the bios and i found an option "Primary Video Adapter" i changed that from the Internal to Ext PGE Adapter value. I saved and restarted. Now there is nothing on the screen. The caps-lock light is on and the hdd light blinks when i first press the power button.

I've tried removing the rtc battery for about 5 mins.
Tried removing mini wireless and full wireless cards
Tried flashing the bios.

Nothing seems to work. The netbook was fully working before that. What can i do now? I need help asap. I bought it off ebay, it says No Returns Accepted.

I tried that... nothing. Also tried the HDMI Port. Still nothing.

EDIT: I fixed the issue by flashing the older F.15 Hacked Bios.
