I have an HP Pro 3400 desktop. I've replaced the PSU with an Antec Earthwatts 380D. I've added a GTX 750ti to it. That is, I've tried. The machine hangs on the splash screen when the 750ti is installed. Without the 750ti and running on the iGP, it boots just fine.

I've heard that this is a secure boot problem, but I'm only using Windows 7, not Win8. It's an H61 board with a Pentium G630. I've also heard that it's because my 750ti is trying to pull all of its power through the PCIe slot and that the board won't allow it.

The 750ti puts out an image just fine and works in other machines, but not this one.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular HP desktop and upgrading the GPU?

Thanks a bunch!
