I am going to order HSF for my AMD 64 and want to know which is best out of these two

I've heard nothing but great things about the "Venus 12"...though I dont know why its called that, its the Volcano 12.

All the reviews I've read have recommended it highly.

i reccomend the XP-120 with a delta 120mm fan, best air cooling pair
