Like new phone. Has not been refurbished, I am the original owner. Used for approximately 10 months. Clean ESN, only one very minor scratch, very minor scuffs on the trim ring. Comes with all accessories... How much?

Like new phone. Comes with an Invisible Shield front and inside screen protector. Only used for 2 months before upgrading to the TP2. Clean ESN, no scratches, only minor scuffs, comes with all accessories... How much?

Well I've seen the Touch Pro-2 going for $140-150 on Ebay, so here about $120 since you don't pay fee's..

Sounds fair to me considering the market for it, don't know about the EnV Touch though.

Touch Pro 2 will get $150 easy. Maybe even $200 if you unlock it. You can unlock it for AT&T/T-Mobile users to use to avoid having to have a data plan

Depending on the scratch though, I would aim at $165 and take offers.
