Update: Looks like its a misread of HW Monitor, speed fan has the same error. Found this pic
and read on the forum where it was posted. Interesting that this read error is across different monitoring programs but is exactly the same value.

HW monitor pro has served me well, but im seeing really strange temp readouts. Not cpu temps, but mobo readings, it lists Temp 1 - 3. Temps 1 and 2 are in 45 - 52 C (fine with me) but 1 temp 3 is 80C. it goes from 79C to 80C I don't know what it is reading form but I really hope I don't have hardware running that hot. Any advice? or am I freaking out over nothing..

Thanks

I would say the processor sensors are incorrect rather than HW Monitor Pro.

Temp 2 is a dead sensor as far I know so don't pay attention to that temp.
