ok so my budget is somewhere around 2 grand give or take a little and i need everything but a CPU heatsink thingy and im not sure on what i am going to get but i want to go with a black and white theme cause that is what my fan on the cooler has and i like what it looks like. But im not sure if i want an actual case or a test bench<-- not sure if that is what it is called. but any help on parts i should look into would be great. I was not expecting this many people to greet me here but im new so i guess anything that happens here is unexpected by me.
