Hello guys! I'm from Argentina, new in the site and some days ago I acquired a Intel Xeon x5650 and a motherboard Msi X58M. I wish know like make it Overclock to have more performance. A guide of voltages and parameters that I must configure in the bios Do can you help me?. I would appreciate it very much. My name is Diego better that Go Diego Go XD
Going from 2.66Ghz stock frequency to 4.0Ghz on a Xeon, that is not designed for overclocking mmmhh so yes it's and wich Water Cooling, just that I don't know like (Make it OC)
Regards and Blessing.

You should be able to hit 4Ghz fairly easily, just keep it under 1.45v for 24/7.

Someone who knows what they’re talking about 1.45v! Yes that’s the point where voltage makes no difference but it’s a bit much to cool lol. 1.4-1.42v should be fine for decent AIOs and high end tower coolers and the gains will be minimal after this voltage range.

4.5ghz was about the limit for the 2 x58 chips I had but you need to dial in your mobo voltages.
