he card is a Gigabyte HD3850 512 with a nice Zalman, Heatsink/fan active cooling..it looks flashy and all but the is this little problem i have

I CAN'T CONTROL MY FAN SPEED OR HAVE ANY INFO ON ITS CURRENT SPEED or SPEED% NO MATTER WHAT PROGRAM I USE

The fan is connected to the card via two yellow and black cable, i did some research and i found that the fan should have three cables and not just two in order to have control and info on it, so i started searching for a work around but couldn't find any....

Anyone can help out?

Sorry when there is only two wires theres no changing the fan if fan speed is important then you could change coolers. Rivatuner sometimes supports control over the fans. the third wire is usually for reporting the RPMS of the fan. In rivatuner you can enable low level fan control and change it to 100 percent if you like. its what i have to do on the 4670 i have. Good luck
