I was sure it's something I accidentally pressed on settings but then it works properly on firefox and it doesn't work on incognito mode without adblock. Does anyone what it is?

Aha! On a completely other profile dir I can see tools (and not even in incognito on the normal profile). Now what could it be..

OK it's the weirdest thing. It's the HTTPS Everywhere extension.

If I run the NoScript extension in Chrome I get this problem.

you can restore chrome to default to its original setting it might work for you
