I can't view flash video on mandriva!

I can't view the flash videos on www.spikedhumor.com on linux. I also can't view streaming windows media video stuff. Is there a way I can watch these? I have flashplayer 7 plugin for linux installed, but spikedhumor still says my flashplayer is out of date.

Did you go to http://www.macromedia.com to make sure what you have is the newest plugin available?

I found out why...I need flash player 8. the newest one for linux is 7
