How the hell did you get one for $50?
Same place I got my dual Xeon server for $50, surplus at the University.
csu (Colorado state university) gets rid of a lot of stuff every day at the csu surplus i could go and pick up 5 more of these serves if i had the cash and i would.

ya he got his the same day i did but he got one as is and he needs to put in a new psu but i got ming and it works because it was a dell he refused to git one that worked.
Id say its definitely worth folding on. Since they are quad cores with HT, could you run a vmware with 16 CPU's(8 physical, 8 HT)? That would be some VERY quick ppd.
i will still try it never hearts to help people and especially because my uncle died from cancer. i would be folding on my hd 5770 but the program will not work on it its to new
no they are not that new they are pent 4 xeon so its only 2 with ht
oh my fault. Well still 8 threads will be very quick. And for 50 bucks, easily the highest ppd/money folding rig.

Actually you can, i will list the steps:
Run the [email protected], you will get the error, DONT CLICK IT!
Go to your icon bar and right click on the [email protected] logo and click configure
Go to advanced and under the flags put: -forcegpu ati_r700
Click OK and restart the client.
Happy folding
i say i will try its for a good reason especially because my uncle died from cancer i would be doing this with my hd 5770 but it will not work for it its to new and its not compatible with the program

Next time you see some stuff go up for cheap and you aren't planning on buying it, hit me up(I live down in Parker, Colorado) I might have to go pick some stuff up

It will work if you add the -forcegpu ati_r700 flag to the shortcut. :> That's how I got my 5850 folding.
