Just got this built (my first ever build, best pc before this was a HP<img src="/images/smilies/frown.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Frown" class="inlineimg" /> lol)<br />
And to my suprise im already way way out of date. I know i can update to dual core or fx on this mobo but will this pc last me a yr or so of the top games?<br />

My psu just arrived today and my graphs card shud arrive within the next 2 days so i don't really wana spend any more money just yet. <br />

Seem like a good gaming machine to me ...I had a 3700 for ages and loved it ..I have now gone up to conroe but you dont notice a lot of difference in speed over the 3700 in everyday apps ..Dual cores are not used to there full ability yet so your machine is still very good

Yes keep that one for a year.Nice system comming from HP.

</div>It's better than mine, and I play everything maxed out except for textures on Battlefield 2, but that's because I've got 1 Gb of RAM.
